SHIPPING Usually, we ship your item same day but sometimes it may take up to 1 to 2 business days for an order to be processed prior to shipping. If we require additional time we will update your order status accordingly. All items are boxed where possible. Most of our products shipped through USPS or Registered Service. If you require insurance for your item it can be registered at purchaser's expense. We guarantee posting but ZEE TEL Wireless cannot be held responsible for time delays caused by freight companies. Items are posted after receiving cleared payment funds.
RETURNS Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We take pride in the quality of the products we sell and offering great customer service is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow the guidelines detailed below and we will be happy to help you to return your purchase.
We have a 7 day return/exchange policy on defective items only. Items that are not defective or have become defective due to customers actions are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to charge a minimum 20% re-stocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
All returns must include the original factory box, original factory packaging (foam plastic wrappings, etc.), blank and unfilled warranty cards, all instruction booklets and paperwork and must be in original MINT condition with no writing or tears on the box or any of the paperwork. Also, there are to be no scratches on the item itself. If you deface the original factory cartons or packaging in any manner or do not abide by the conditions of this return policy, your return will not be accepted. Management must authorize all returns. We cannot give refunds for the airtime. You may return an unused phone or Zee TEl LLC SIM card within 30 days after the receipt of the item, provided you never placed a call to or from the mobile phone issued and all airtime is intact. A 25% restocking fee will be applied. Returned products must be undamaged and unused in their original packaging in order to be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for any products that are returned with damage and are unable to be resold at the purchased price. Shipping charges will not be refunded. We cannot refund airtime used on mis-dialed calls. If you are not sure how to dial a number in a specific country, please request support from customer service. There are no refunds for sent SMS messages - either it was delivered to the recipient or not. Not all SMS messages can be or will be delivered. We cannot refund minutes used for calls to Customer Service. A call made to Customer Service will be billed at the same rate as a regular call made from the country in which you are located. Most shipments from Zee Tel LLC require a signature at delivery. Returns due to the carriers inability to obtain a valid signature are subject to a return processing fee and no credit of freight charges. There will be no refunds for Internet data usage. If the charge occurred then data was moved and you were charged accordingly. There will be no refunds for Personal Extra Numbers once ordered. There will be no refunds for discount call or text plans once activated.

ZEE TEL LLC Terms and Conditions
The terms and conditions hereinafter set forth constitute an agreement ("Agreement") for the rental and or purchase and use of ZEE TEL LLC cellular telephone equipment ("Equipment"). This Agreement is between the ("Renter" or “Purchaser”), and ZEE TEL LLC , located in New York.USA. Both parties acknowledge that this Agreement consists of all the terms printed below as Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), as well as those contained in the Rental Agreement.
NATURE OF THIS AGREEMENT (Rental & Purchase)
This Agreement is solely for the purpose of creating a bailment that allows Renter to use the Equipment as permitted by this Agreement. Renter acknowledges that Equipment is owned by ZEE TEL LLC . No one other than ZEE TEL LLC may transfer the Equipment, or any rights and obligations under this Agreement. ZEE TEL LLC makes no express or implied warranties concerning the operation of Equipment or service, nor assumes responsibility for any loss or delay caused by Equipment or service malfunction.
RENTAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Renter agrees to accept responsibility for the equipment as provided by ZEE TEL LLC , which will be delivered to renter's specified address in working condition and with all accessories and parts and manuals. Renter agrees to return the Equipment including said accessories and parts and manuals to ZEE TEL LLC at 662 Wyngate Drive west. Valley Stream 11580.NT.USA at the conclusion of the rental period in the same condition as when received.
RENTAL PERIOD
This rental is for a period of time specified in Agreement. Equipment is expected to be returned to ZEE TEL LLC within the timeframe for which the Equipment was rented. Rental periods begin on the day of trip commencement. Packages are typically shipped for arrival 2 business days prior to departure. If the rental order is placed within this timeframe and/or the Renter needs to expedite shipment, he or she will be charged a commensurate amount for the more expensive shipping service. If the Renter needs to receive the package earlier than 2 business days before trip departure, the rental period shall commence 2 business days after delivery.
OPERATION OF EQUIPMENT (Rental & Purchase)
Equipment furnished to the renter by ZEE TEL LLC is a GSM cellular telephone and accessories, engineered to operate in specified countries where GSM service is available.
Equipment being used outside of the specified countries constitutes misuse of the Equipment. Usage on international networks in which we do not offer coverage will incur charges from the prevailing mobile carrier. Rental & purchase customers are liable for all roaming charges incurred from using the Equipment on international mobile networks that are outside of the offered country list, or that are not advertised explicitly by ZEE TEL LLC , Inc.
SHIPPING (Rental)
At the renter's cost, ZEE TEL LLC will furnish a shipping box, properly designed for shipment of the Equipment, along with the return-ship label necessary to return the equipment to ZEE TEL LLC at the conclusion of the rental period (only for US renters). Renter is not billed for return transit time. The rental period is ended by the post mark. We encourage renters to return equipment in the original box provided or a box of the same or smaller dimensions. Please note that UPS and Fed Ex charge for their boxes, which is another good reason to recycle the box original shipping box. Return of equipment in a larger box may result in an additional shipping charge, as per FedEx or UPS dimension rates.
Late fees (Rental)
If the Equipment is not en route to ZEE TEL LLC within two business days of the last day of the agreed upon rental period, Renter will be responsible for extra rental charges as laid out by ZEE TEL LLC 's rental period rates. Carrier tracking information will be considered adequate guide and proof as timeframes. If Renter chooses to send the return package by a different shipping agent, please inform ZEE TEL LLC and/or retain shipping documentation should there be any problems receiving the return shipment.
If returned from outside the U.S., all shipping, insurance and handling expenses will be charged to Renter. Renter assumes responsibility for Equipment, if the method of return of Equipment is by another means.
Canadian Customers Returning Rentals: When renting from ZEE TEL LLC we are unable to provide a prepaid return shipping label. Renter agrees to return rental at their own expense. We recommend using Canadian Post. Renter is not billed for transit time. The rental period is ended by the post mark. Renter agrees to list the package contents as “used cell phone $25”. We recommend receiving a tracking number and/or receipt of transaction in case the package is lost in transit.
Shipping (Purchase)
ZEE TEL LLC ships all orders (except for scheduled rentals) the same or next business day (Monday - Friday) depending on the time your order is received. Orders placed on the weekend and will go out the very next business day. Shipping times are calculated from the business day the item ships. ZEE TEL LLC cannot ship rental packages internationally.

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges. We do not require a signature or a release form for domestic shipments. All packages / rentals arrive with no signature requirement, with the exception of international shipments. ZEE TEL LLC accepts no responsibility for the non-receipt of international shipments.
Note: While re-routing of shipments may be possible, be advised that this usually adds an extra day to shipments and FedEx charges $15 for this added service, so you would be billed this additional amount.
Rental phone packages ship with prepaid FedEx return-ship labels (Only in the U.S.). ZEE TEL LLC will not reimburse anyone who loses their return-ship label or who ships using their own shipping method. This also applies to returned merchandise. Note that rental periods conclude when shipping boxes are picked up by FedEx, not when they arrive back at our offices. Many customers panic about the return ship time adding to their rental time and return their phones via express shipment. This is not necessary.
Please note that all address corrections, due to voluntary address changes as well as typos or errors, will incur a $15 surcharge for domestic packages and a $30 surcharge for international packages currently in transit. We encourage you to double check your address to ensure a timely and cost effective delivery. Please note that Fed Ex doesn't not guarantee address corrections even when assessing address correction fees. Any package that ZEE TEL LLC has to recall will be charged a $15 fee.

RETURN POLICY
Purchase: A refund will be given for unopened products that are returned to ZEE TEL LLC within 30 days from the date that we ship you the product(s).
Recharge vouchers, unused call credit, and activated SIM cards are not refundable, unless deemed defective. If you suspect a defect, Purchaser agrees to notify ZEE TEL LLC of technical difficulties in using the hardware, failure to notify ZEE TEL LLC of hardware problems forfeits the purchaser of any and all claims for compensation due to equipment failure.
Open-boxed cell phones are returnable within 15 days from the date received and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Please note that we do not refund shipping charges. Phones must be in mint condition with no signs of wear or use, even if they are defective when received. We cannot accept even slightly worn cell phones or accessories. It is also imperative that the product box be returned to the shippers hub or other suitable shipping box. Defacing the manufacturer's phone box by writing anywhere on it or by pasting shipping labels on it makes it impossible to sell as a used product or to be returned to the manufacturer. If you deface the box, you buy the phone!
Defective phones: ZEE TEL LLC will accept defective items in the rare occurrence that they are noticeably defective upon arrival, such as not powering-on after charging the phone, within 30 days of the purchase date. Please note that we do not reimburse for any shipping fees. All defective items must include all original accessories, manuals, warranty cards and packaging. We cannot accept a package without an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). Please contact ZEE TEL LLC at 1-800-287-5072 to request your RMA.
Rentals: Rental orders cannot be cancelled after the package has been shipped. You will be charged 5% plus shipping until the package is returned. ZEE TEL LLC cannot refund any country specific SIM’s that have already been activated and registered.
Recycling the original box is encouraged, providing the original label is removed or covered by the return-ship label. Upon returning from abroad, the Renter is responsible for bringing the return package to a carrier’s location or appropriate agent who accepts packages. The rental period officially ends on the date the package is received by the return carrier, as per the carrier’s postmark or tracking information. “Late” rental returns will be billed as the next appropriate rental period. All rental customers are given a one day grace period from the end of the weekly rental period to return the package and not be billed into the next rental period.
Renter agrees to notify ZEE TEL LLC of technical difficulties in using the hardware while still in destination country. Failure to notify ZEE TEL LLC of hardware problems before the end of the intended period of use will result in the Renter forfeiting any and all claims for compensation due to equipment failure. ZEE TEL LLC cannot be held liable for service issues related to third-party phone service providers.
ZEE TEL LLC will not reimburse anyone who loses their return-ship label or who ships using their own shipping method. This also applies to returned merchandise. Should Renter leave or deposit Equipment at a location not agreed to in advance in writing by ZEE TEL LLC, Renter is liable for all costs to return Equipment to ZEE TEL LLC , plus any additional rental charges for Equipment caused by the delay.
Renter is responsible for loss or damage to Equipment in part or in whole. Replacement cost for rental handset package is $100 plus the rental period fee. If equipment is lost, kept, stolen or otherwise not returned to ZEE TEL LLC, replacement costs for missing or damaged items will be charged to the renter. ZEE TEL LLC will make every effort to contact renter to return missing items. If rental unit is not returned within 30 days of the end of the rental period the replacement fee will be billed to the account on file. (See below for an itemized list of rental components and corresponding replacement costs.)
Any phone settings manually changed by the renter must be set back to default at the time of return. If the Renter changes any PIN code required for security access to the phone or SIM card, the code must be set back to default at the time of return otherwise the Renter is responsible for the retail value of all products tampered with or otherwise rendered useless.
If the security code is changed on the phone you are required to change it back to the original settings or be charged your full replacement cost of the rental package.

The renter agrees to pay ZEE TEL LLC all costs and expenses, including without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees, the fees of any collection agency, and court costs incurred by ZEE TEL LLC in exercising any of its rights or remedies hereunder when enforcing any of the terms, conditions or provisions hereof, and consent to jurisdiction of the courts of California, as determined in the sole discretion of ZEE TEL LLC , and waive any rights to object to such jurisdiction.
Renter consents to ZEE TEL LLC disclosure of account information to, or from, credit reporting agencies, collection agencies, credit bureaus, or private credit reporting associations.
Theft, Loss, and Damage (Rental & Purchase)
⦁ If the Customer has opted and paid for Insurance, then the Customer will not be liable for to pay for any theft, loss, or damages to the Equipment as long as provision 3 as per below is met.
⦁ This Section will only apply if (a) the Customer has requested and paid for Insurance, and (b) the Equipment is not returned to Cellular in accordance with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions due to theft, accidental loss, or inoperable due to accidental damage.
⦁ In order to exercise this coverage under Insurance, the Customer shall notify ZEE TEL LLC immediately upon the theft or accidental loss or damage to the Equipment. This initial notice should be through email to support@zeecellz.com as well as via phone call(+1 877 778 9862). The written notice include a description of the incidence (theft, accidental loss or accidental damage), including the date, customer name and a contact phone number and/or email address. Upon request, Customer must provide evidence of theft or loss by submitting a copy of a written police report to ZEE TEL LLC . Claims cannot be accepted unless this information is provided.
⦁ If Customer has not opted and paid for Insurance, Customer will be responsible for lost items/equipment according to the replacement costs listed above.
Cancellations (Rental & Purchase)
If a customer decides to cancel the order, they will be subject to a cancellation fee of 5% if the package has not shipped out. If the order has shipped out ZEE TEL LLC will charge a 5% cancellation fee and retain the shipping cost.
Refunds (Rental & Purchase)
No refund can be applied until the package being returned is in ZEE TEL LLC possession. Upon arrival ZEE TEL LLC will test the equipment for any defects and issue a refund based on the condition of the phone and the claim made by the customer. Shipping fees for all merchandise are non-refundable.
Replacements (Rental & Purchase)
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, international or domestic, associated with replacement merchandise.
COMPUTATION OF CHARGES (Rental)
For purposes of computing rental charges for Equipment, ZEE TEL LLC will consider as a whole day, any portion of a day (a day being defined as a twenty-four hour period that begins and ends at midnight) contained in the period of rental specified in Agreement.
⦁ Unused call credit cannot be reimbursed.
⦁ All rental customers are given a one day grace period from the end of the weekly rental period to return the package and not be billed into the next rental period.
Fair Usage Policy
Those users that have more than five times the usage for free inbound calling than outbound calling will subject to additional billing and or termination of service.
PAYMENT OF CHARGES (Rental & Purchase)
Purchase orders must be provided to ZEE TEL LLC at time of order for each contract issued. Purchase order payment terms are net 30 days from date of invoice. All accounts are subject to approval.
Renter represents to ZEE TEL LLC that Renter is an authorized signer on the account of the credit card furnished as part of Agreement. In addition, Renter agrees to be personally responsible for costs, expenses and charges incurred by this rental transaction, regardless of the form of payment.
Terms and Conditions:
Please note there is no local pick up available unless specified and arranged with us. This is not negotiable. However, we will discount local freight. Any item descriptions are a guide only. Buyers should Ask Question or do web search if more information is required. If you have a concern with your item please contact us first, we will assist in the best way we can and we make your transaction a good one. Zee TEL takes care in its listings, but errors can be expected. If you are not sure please contact the seller. Ask your questions before buying. All emails will be answered within 24 hours.The buyer becomes the owner of their item once it is lodged with the post office. All items are posted from a post office. Some pictures are used for advertising and may not be of actual item. Please contact us through email to resolve any dispute you may have in relation to your buy. Please allow considerable time for us to reply your email (1 day). We will try to resolve any problems you may have, offering exchange or refund for the item. In the event of refund, we will refund the full amount minus the shipping costs. Please note there will be not technical support provided on any items. Items sold are not supported by ZEE TEL . We also cannot provide education if purchaser is not familiar with how to use purchased product. If the seller is unable to establish contact with the buyer within 3 days and if payment is not received within 5 days, item may be offered to another buyer or re listed at seller’s sole discretion.
Zee Tel llc Travel Phone Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Zee TEL LLC Travel Phone service. By activating or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (T&C's). If you do not agree to these T&C's, do not activate or use the service or equipment.
1. Definitions
In this Agreement the following terms mean:
“Advance Payment” – A payment by the Customer, (excluding Charges) to enable the Customer to use Services to include, but not limited to, International Calls, International Roaming, and other premium-rate Services provided by ZEE TEL LLC .
“Call” – A transmission made over the Network for the purpose of communicating a voice or data message (which includes, without limitation, Short Text Messages (SMS), Multimedia Messages (MMS), and Wireless Application Protocol (WAP) Services.)
“Call Content” – The content of any voice or data Call received or made by a Customer over the Talk Abroad Network or other Network Operators.
“Charges” – The Charges for the Services including, but not limited to, connection Charges, rental Charges, tariff Charges, or Call Charges (which may vary depending on the type of Call that is made), and administrative Charges and Charges for Third-party Services which the Customer may elect to receive.
“ZEE TEL LLC ” – ZEE TEL LLC , Inc., National Geographic Society Licensee, whose registered office is at 662 Wyngate Dr W .Valley Stream.11580 NY .USA. Referred to in this Contract from time to time as “we,” “us,” or “our.”
“ZEE TEL LLC Agent” – Any Third-party authorized to promote and sell the Services or carry out business activities on ZEE TEL LLC ’s behalf.
“Customer” – The individual or entity who accepts these Terms and Conditions and, where applicable, completes Registration with ZEE TEL LLC , thus entering the Agreement.
“Customer Literature” – Any user’s guides, manuals, electronic information, and support provided directly by ZEE TEL LLC or indirectly through ZEE TEL LLC Agents.
“Equipment” – The Customer’s mobile phone handset, product or other terminal (e.g., PDA), or SIM Card, which is connected to the Talk Abroad Network pursuant to this Agreement. Also referred to in this Contract from time to time as “Phone,” “Handset,” or “SIM Card.”
“GPRS Session” – A WAP or Internet session established using GPRS technology.
“Minutes” – The air time balance remaining on the Customer’s account for making or receiving Calls.
“Network” – All of the cables, exchanges, transmitters, receivers, computer hardware and software, and other equipment and facilities, including those used by Third-party Network Operators, by which the Services are provided (excluding Equipment owned or operated by the Customer and by other users and Customers of the Services).
“Network Operator” – A licensed mobile telephony service provider.
“Number” – Mobile Station International Subscriber Directory Number (MSISDN) – the unique ten-digit mobile phone number programmed into a Talk Abroad® SIM Card.
“Price Guide” – The Charges associated with the Services as outlined in the Customer literature.
“Registration” – The process by which the Customer registers his or her information in writing, orally, or electronically with ZEE TEL LLC , which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
“Recharge Voucher” – An Advance Payment made by the Customer for continued use of the Talk Abroad program.
“Roam/Roaming” – The service that allows Customers to use the phone on Third-party Network Operators, usually in foreign countries.
“Services” – The mobile telephony Services provided by ZEE TEL LLC that enable the Customer to make or receive Calls over the Network, and any additional Services provided by ZEE TEL LLC over the Network from time to time to include but not limited to WAP, Roaming, GPRS Services, SMS, MMS, Internet access, and Talk Abroad Services.
“Talk Abroad” – The prepaid ZEE TEL LLC service whereby the Customer pays for usage of the Services with Recharge Vouchers.
“Talk Abroad Travel Phone” – The Equipment currently available from retailers and at ZEE TEL LLC ’s website.
“Talk Abroad SIM Card” – The card, bearing a unique Number or personal identification Number, is used with the Equipment.
“Third-party Service” – Any service promoted or provided by third parties to the Customer over the Network.
“Warranty” – The limited warranty received with your Equipment at the time of purchase.
2. Agreement
These Terms and Conditions and your Registration (if any) constitute your Agreement with ZEE TEL LLC , Inc. and its affiliates (together, “ZEE TEL LLC ,” “we,” or “us”) for any wireless Services and other telecommunications Services that we provide you (“Talk Abroad®”), any applications, Phones, or products that you purchase or obtain from us or use with the Service (“Equipment”), and any applications or Services that you purchase, obtain, or use that are provided through or with the Services, or billed to your Talk Abroad account (“Third-party Services”). Rate plan and feature information for the Services you select or use are available to you when you purchase the Service at retail locations and on our website, and are a part of our Agreement and are incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions (the Terms and Conditions, your Registration, and the rate plan information together are referred to as the “Agreement”). You acknowledge that no employee, dealer, or other agent is authorized to make any representation or warranty (other than as described in the Agreement or our current materials) with respect to the Agreement, Service, Equipment, or rate plans and offerings, or to waive or modify any terms or provisions of the Agreement.
3. ZEE TEL LLC ’s Service Obligations
• We will use reasonable efforts to make Services available to you at all times. However, the Services are available only within the range of Network base stations. Both quality and availability of the Services are affected by factors that could cause radio interference, such as physical obstructions and atmospheric conditions, and by technical faults in the Network and other telecommunication Networks through which Calls may be relayed.
• ZEE TEL LLC may issue such reasonable instructions to their Customers, concerning the use of the Services for any valid reason ZEE TEL LLC deems sufficient.
• ZEE TEL LLC makes no representation and gives no warranty as to the performance of any of the Third-party Services. We may withdraw access to Third-party Services at any time. Third-party Services are used at your sole risk, and we are not liable for any loss or damage suffered by you arising from the use of such Services. ZEE TEL LLC may be required to charge the use of such Services against your Talk Abroad Minutes.
Third-party Services are not guaranteed in every country; they depend on the chosen Network Operator’s Roaming Agreement with our Services.
4. Customer Obligations
You agree as follows:
• The use of ZEE TEL LLC ’s Services is governed by ZEE TEL LLC ’s Acceptable Use Policy, which is in addition to and forms part of these Terms and Conditions, a copy of which is available for viewing online at www.zeetelllc.com
• Your Registration information is accurate and true. You understand the nature of this Agreement.
• You acknowledge that if we suspect on reasonable grounds that information has been supplied to us without the knowledge of the person named or that an application is unauthorized or contains false particulars, for the protection of our Customers and the Network, we may delay connection or disconnect Services to your Equipment while we investigate further. If our suspicions prove groundless we will connect or reconnect Services immediately. You acknowledge that you will have no claim against us in respect of any delay or disconnection caused as a result of the operation of this condition.
• Not to use the Services or the Equipment for any improper, indecent, unlawful, or fraudulent purpose; or to cause injury, offense, or annoyance to any person; and you agree that we may disconnect service if we believe that you have failed your obligations in this regard. While traveling in foreign countries, your use of the Services may be subject to different laws and regulations that apply in that other country. ZEE TEL LLC is not liable for your failure to comply with those laws or regulations.
• To only use GSM-approved Equipment and to follow ZEE TEL LLC ’s reasonable instructions governing its use and to remain solely responsible for the manner in which the Equipment is used.
• To comply with ZEE TEL LLC ’s requests in particular as to the manner of using the Services and in relation to the investigation of any offenses.
• To inform us immediately if any of your Equipment is damaged or missing on arrival. You will remain liable for all Charges incurred until you do so.
• Reliance on Call Content is at your sole risk. ZEE TEL LLC shall not be liable for any Call Content sent or received by you. ZEE TEL LLC makes no representation as to the quality, accuracy, correctness, completeness, or suitability of any Call Content. Call Content must not be exploited commercially to the detriment of ZEE TEL LLC or any Third-party and must not be used to provide any other online or information service. Call Content may be protected by copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
5. Recharge Vouchers
Free Minutes given to the Customer on initial Registration of their new Talk Abroad Travel Phone or SIM (if any) shall be valid for the periods set out in the Price Guide and/or Customer Literature current as at the date of Registration. In the event that the cash value of Minutes forming part of free Minutes given to a Customer is not used within the relevant validity period, such unused airtime will be forfeited. Notwithstanding that you use all of your Minutes, or that the free Minutes given to a Customer in accordance with the above conditions expires, your Device will continue to be capable of receiving incoming Calls for the periods set out in the Price Guide and/or Customer Literature current as at the date of expiry.
Recharge Vouchers are issued only by ZEE TEL LLC and its affiliates, as described at www.zeetelllc.com. Recharge Vouchers ordered by other people or persons on the behalf of our Customer are subject to investigation by ZEE TEL LLC unless an oral, electronic, or written agreement has been made to confirm the identity of such people or person’s authorization to order Recharge Vouchers on your behalf. If no such condition has been met, Recharge Vouchers may be delayed up to 24 hours, or if we suspect on reasonable grounds that an order has been supplied to us without the knowledge of the Customer, is unauthorized or contains false particulars, for the protection of our Customers and the Network, we may delay connection or disconnect Services to the Equipment while we investigate further. If our suspicions prove groundless we will connect or reconnect Services immediately. You acknowledge that you will have no claim against us in respect of any delay or disconnection caused as a result of the operation of this condition.
Your service will be disconnected if during the previous 12 months, you have not purchased a new Recharge. If your Services are disconnected, your mobile telephone Number will be void until such time of reconnection to the Services. ZEE TEL LLC may at its discretion, on request and on reconnection to the Services, re-credit the Minutes remaining on your account at the time it was disconnected. There may (or will) be Charges associated with reconnection to the Services, outlined at ZEE TEL LLC ’s website. No cash credits will be given for unused Minutes. We reserve the right to refuse to accept cash or check payments in return for Services.
You are responsible for prepaying all Charges for using the Service. The Minutes in your prepaid Talk Abroad account are reduced by the Charges attributable to your use of the Services. Service lasts as long as the earlier of (a) the end of the Minutes validity period or (b) when the Minutes balance is reduced to zero; afterward, the Services will be interrupted.
All Recharge Voucher Service information provided in the literature is accurate at the time of printing.
6. Returns and Repairs Policy
We cannot accept a package without an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). In order to receive your RMA number before you return your Equipment, you must contact us via our toll-free hotline at 1-877 778 9862, or via our landline at +1 5166557642. In all circumstances, the Customer is responsible for return shipping costs as well as shipping costs charged by ZEE TEL LLC for shipping your Equipment. More information referring to Returns and Repair policies can be found at www.zeetelllc.com
For all Equipment that was not purchased from ZEE TEL LLC , please refer to the vendor’s policy for returns and repairs. If you purchased your Equipment directly from ZEE TEL LLC , there is a return period during which you can return your ZEE TEL LLC Equipment without incurring any extra Charges. If you have completed your Services Registration, the return period is 15 calendar days from the date the Equipment is received, or 30 days from the date of purchase if you have not completed your Registration. Online Customer Registration is completed when Equipment has been ordered from ZEE TEL LLC and its affiliates. In order to receive a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping) of your Equipment, the returned Equipment must be in unused condition with proof of purchase, and you may be exempt from a 25% restocking fee. If you are returning open box Equipment, it must be unused or resalable in “as new” condition, including all original accessories, manuals, and packaging, and will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. If you choose to cancel Services and return your Equipment, all Services and other Charges incurred prior to cancellation will be deducted from your refund. We will accept defective items within 30 calendar days from the date the Equipment is received, in the rare occurrence that they are noticeably defective upon arrival (such as not powering on). Defective items must include all original accessories, manuals, and packaging. If your Equipment is under Warranty, please refer to page 31 before making a claim.
7. Service Availability and Limitations
Your Phone operates as a radio and Service is only available when your Equipment is within range of a Network antenna providing Service. Coverage maps only approximate our wireless coverage area outdoors; actual service area, coverage, and quality may vary and change without notice. There may be gaps in Service within the estimated coverage areas shown on coverage maps. Even within a coverage area, factors, such as Network changes, emergencies, traffic volume, transmission limits, service outages, technical limitations, signal strength, your Equipment, interconnecting carriers, terrain, structures, weather, and other conditions (without limit) may interfere with actual service, quality, and availability. Calls may be interrupted, dropped, refused, or limited. Coverage maps mostly depict areas where our Network Operators provide our Services; such coverage may change without notice. We are not responsible for those Networks and some Services are not available on Third-party Networks or while Roaming. We may impose credit, usage, or other limits to Service, cancel or suspend Service, or block certain types of Calls, messages, or sessions (such as international, 900, or 976 Calls) at our discretion. We may suspend Service without notice if you exceed any credit limit.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Except for any other written warranty that may be provided, and to the extent permitted by law, all Services, products, and Third-party products are provided “as is,” “with all faults,” and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including without limit, merchantability, non-infringement, or fitness for a particular purpose, all of which are expressly disclaimed. You assume all responsibility and risk for use of the Service or products. We do not authorize anyone to make a warranty of any kind on our behalf, and you should not rely on any such statement. Any statements made in packaging, manuals, or other documents, or by any of our dealers (except for any written limited warranty that may be provided), are for informational purposes only and are not warranties by us of any kind. We and our officers, directors, employees, agents, dealers, suppliers, parent entities, subsidiaries, or affiliates do not warrant that the information, software, Equipment, processes, or Services will be uninterrupted, accurate, complete, useful, functional, or bug or error free. If you received a written “ZEE TEL LLC Limited Warranty” with your phone, it is the only warranty made by us with respect to the phone. If applicable state law does not allow the disclaimer of certain implied warranties, the relevant portions of the above exclusion may not apply to you.
9. Exclusion of Liability
We are not liable to you, other users of your Phone, or third parties for any deficiency in performance or quality, caused in whole or in part by an act or omission of an underlying carrier or service provider; website; messaging community; dealer; Equipment or facility failure; Phone failure or unavailability; discontinuation of Service; or Phones; Network problems; lack of coverage or Network capacity; Equipment or facility upgrade or modification; delay or failure of Number portability; acts of nature; strikes; fire; terrorism; war; riot; emergency; government actions; Equipment or facility shortage or relocation; the failure of an incoming or outgoing Call, including 9-1-1 emergency, priority access, or secured-service Call; to be connected or completed or for the functionality of location Services, including 9-1-1 location Services, priority access, or secured Call or alert service; or causes beyond our reasonable control.
Even if ZEE TEL LLC has been advised of the possibility of damages, ZEE TEL LLC and its affiliates will not be liable to you or any of your employees, agents, Customers, or any third parties for any damages arising from use of the service or any phone, including without limitation: punitive, exemplary, incidental, treble, special, or consequential damages; loss of privacy or security damages; personal injury or property damages; copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual property damages; or any damages whatsoever arising from interruption or failure of service, listing errors, lost profits, loss of business, loss of data, loss due to unauthorized access or due to viruses or other harmful components, cost of replacement products and Services, suspension, termination, or the inability to use the service or any product, the content of any data transmission, communication, or message transmitted to or received by your phone (whether read or unread, solicited or unsolicited), or losses resulting from any products, goods, or service purchased, messages received, or transactions entered into through the service. If the state law applicable to your claims does not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or other modifications of or limitations to certain remedies, the relevant portions of the above exclusion or limitation will not apply to you.
The maximum aggregate liability of ZEE TEL LLC and its affiliates to you, and the exclusive remedy available in connection with the Agreement for any and all damages, injury, or losses arising from any and all claims or causes of action related to Services or phones, shall be a refund or rebate of the Charges you paid or owe us for the applicable service or phone. The existence of multiple claims or suits under or related to this Agreement will not enlarge or extend the limitation of money damages. Except to the extent prohibited by law, all claims must be brought within two years of the date the claim arises.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us, our affiliates, and any Roaming or Network partner, harmless from any and all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, costs, or damages arising out of your use of the Service or Products; any legal disclosures we make relating to your Service or Product; or your breach of this Agreement. You further agree to pay our reasonable attorneys’ and expert witnesses’ fees and costs arising from any actions or claims by third parties and those incurred in establishing whether this Sec. 10 applies.
11. Privacy
Wireless systems use radios to transmit communications over a complex Network. We do not guarantee that your communications using the Service or Products will be private or secure, and we are not liable to you for any lack of privacy or security you may experience. You are responsible for taking precautions and providing security measures best suited for your situation and intended use of the Service. We may (but are not required to) monitor, intercept, and disclose your transmissions, location,
or communications and may disclose your billing, account, calling records, or other information, in good-faith reliance on legal process, if required by law or to protect our rights, business, Network, or Customers. We may locate you through our Network. Your caller identification (such as your name and Number) even if unlisted may be displayed to others (for example, on the Equipment or bill of the person receiving your Call or any Internet site you visit.) For more information on our privacy policies, please see our privacy notice. The way third parties handle and use your personal information is governed by their policies; and we are not responsible for their policies or their compliance with them.
12. Assignment
We may assign all or part of our rights or duties under the Agreement without such assignment being considered a change to the Agreement, and without notice to you, except to the extent provided by law. We are then released from all liability. You may not assign the Agreement without our prior written consent. Subject to these restrictions, the Agreement will bind the heirs, successors, subcontractors, and assigns of the respective parties, who will receive its benefits.
13. Notices/Customer Communications
You agree we may notify and communicate with you, or respond to your inquiries electronically through your Phone or otherwise, such as by e-mail, voice mail, or text messaging, which is considered given and received immediately upon transmission. Written notice to us is considered given when received by ZEE TEL LLC , ZEE TEL LLC 662 Wyngate Dr W. Valley Stream 11580.NY .USA.
14. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) Notice
To the extent in providing Service we may act as a “Services Provider” (as defined by DMCA) and offer Services as an online provider of materials and links to Third-party sites. As a result, Third-party materials that we do not own or control may be transmitted, stored, accessed, or made available using the Service. If you believe material available via the Service infringes a copyright, notify us using the notice procedure under the DMCA. We will respond expeditiously to remove or disable access to such material and will follow the procedures specified in the DMCA to resolve the claim. Please follow written notice guidelines in sec. 13.
15. Disputes
If any dispute arises between us concerning the operation or the interpretation of this Agreement, we agree to use all reasonable endeavors to resolve any such dispute through our Customer Care Department but remain at liberty to pursue any lawful means in order to resolve the issue. 16. Entire Agreement/Applicable Law/Venue/Miscellaneous
This Agreement represents the final and entire Agreement between you and ZEE TEL LLC regarding the Service and Products. Electronic images of the Agreement will be considered originals. You acknowledge that you have not relied on any other representations not specifically included in this Agreement. If we don’t enforce our rights under any of the provisions of the Agreement, we may still require strict compliance in the future. You represent that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. If you are contracting on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to enter into this Agreement and agree to be personally liable for all accounts if you are not so authorized. This Agreement is governed by the Federal Arbitration Agreement, applicable federal law, and the laws of the state in which your billing address in our records is located. Foreign laws do not apply. Arbitration proceedings or any actions to enforce an arbitration award must be in the state where your Service is principally provided, but not outside the U.S.
17. Other Agreements and/or Warranties
Other Services (such as Third-party Services) or Products may come with separate written Terms or Conditions, and Warranties that govern their use or purchase. Please see those other Agreements or Warranties for your rights and duties regarding their use.

Some of the personal information that we hold about you may be sensitive personal data within the meaning of the Data Protection Act 1998. ZEE TEL LLC will use your sensitive personal data only for the specific purpose for which it was provided by you.
Personal Information
Personal Information includes information: (1) That we obtain from you or already hold about you; (2) That we receive from inquiries we make in connection with any application to, or agreement with us or any member of the ZEE TEL LLC group; (3) That we receive from searches made by us or any member of the ZEE TEL LLC group in your name with credit reference agencies, insurance claims registers or fraud prevention agencies; (4) That we obtain about any account or policy which you, or a member of your household, holds with or through us; and (5) That we receive from anyone permitted to give information about you to us or any member of the ZEE TEL LLC,
Collection of Personal Information
We may collect personal information about you from a number of sources including: (1) from you when you agree to take a service from us, in which case this may include your contact details, date of birth, payment method and possibly bank account details; (2) from you when you contact us with an inquiry or in response to a communication from us, in which case this may tell us something about your preferences; (3) from publicly available sources, such as the electoral register.
Use of Personal Information
We will use personal information about you for a number of purposes, including: (1) to help to identify you when you telephone us to make an inquiry. This is limited to companies that are related companies to ZEE TEL LLC We do not sell mailing lists to third parties for their marketing purposes. Where we have told you in advance, we may disclose certain information to third parties such as a telecoms network service provider for purposes solely connected with the provision of our service via their networks. Where required or permitted by law, information may be provided to others, such as the Police or the Inland Revenue.
Protection of Your Personal Information
We use strict security measures in order to protect personal information. This includes checking your identity when you telephone us, encrypting data on our websites [and other measures] in order to ensure compliance with all applicable legal requirements.
The Internet
If you communicate with us via the Internet then we may occasionally use email to contact you about our services and products. All marketing emails will have an unsubscribe option included in the bottom of the email message. Additionally, you can always send us an email contact@zeetelllc.com to change your preferences.
Monitoring of calls
We may monitor and record communications we receive. This may be done to improve the service which we provide, to ensure compliance with our practices and procedures and where, for example, a contract is entered into by that means to provide evidence of the transaction.Provision Of Services We will take all reasonable steps to make all Services available to you at all times. However, please note that:
Expiration The international SIM card phone number and account will expire if no outgoing usage is made for 1 years. The outgoing usage could be any of the following: Call made from the phone, SMS sent from the phone or any Data Usage.
Personal Extra Numbers will stay active as long as they have been funded properly.
The SIM card balance is valid for 10 months. The balance will continuously roll over to the next 10 month period provided that at least $25 is added within 10 months after the last recharge.
If the balance expires, the service can still be used after a new recharge of the SIM card.
Refunds:
We cannot give refunds for the airtime. You may return an unused phone or Zee Tel LLC SIM card within 30 days after the receipt of the item, provided you never placed a call to or from the mobile phone issued and all airtime is intact. A 25% restocking fee will be applied. Returned products must be undamaged and unused in their original packaging in order to be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for any products that are returned with damage and are unable to be resold at the purchased price. Shipping charges will not be refunded. We cannot refund airtime used on mis-dialed calls. If you are not sure how to dial a number in a specific country, please request support from customer service. There are no refunds for sent SMS messages - either it was delivered to the recipient or not. Not all SMS messages can be or will be delivered. We cannot refund minutes used for calls to Customer Service. A call made to Customer Service will be billed at the same rate as a regular call made from the country in which you are located. Most shipments from Zee Tel LLC require a signature at delivery. Returns due to the carriers inability to obtain a valid signature are subject to a return processing fee and no credit of freight charges. There will be no refunds for Internet data usage. If the charge occurred then data was moved and you were charged accordingly. There will be no refunds for Personal Extra Numbers once ordered. There will be no refunds for discount call or text plans once activated.
Ownership Of Personal Extra Numbers You understand and agree that you are not the owner of any Personal Extra Number ("PEN") assigned to you by zee tel llc.com. Ownership of any such PEN is vested solely in zeetelllc.com (which will assign such number to you for your use during the term of this agreement). You understand and agree that following the termination of your account for any reason, such PEN may be re-assigned immediately to another customer, and you agree that onesimcard.com will not be liable for damages (including consequential or special damages) arising out of any such re-assignment, and you hereby waive any claims with respect to any such re-assignment, whether based on contractual, tort or other grounds, even if onesimcard.com has been advised of the possibility of damages. You further understand and agree that zeetelllc.com may from time to time need to change the PEN assigned to you (whether due to an area code split or any other reason whether outside or within zeetelllc.com's control). You agree that onesimcard.com will not be liable for damages (including consequential or special damages) arising out of any such change in the PEN assigned to you, and you hereby waive any claims with respect to any such change, whether based on contractual, tort or other grounds, even if zeetelllc.com has been advised of the possibility of damages. In particular, you agree that you are not authorized to charge services provided to you or at your request to the number assigned to you by zeetelllc.com and that you will not request or otherwise cause any third-party service provider to charge any such services to such number. Any such charges will give zeetelllc.com the right to immediately terminate your account without notice.

If you require insurance for your item it can be registered at purchaser's expense. We guarantee posting but ZEE TEL Wireless cannot be held responsible for time delays caused by freight companies. Items are posted after receiving cleared payment funds.
RETURNS Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We take pride in the quality of the products we sell and offering great customer service is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow the guidelines detailed below and we will be happy to help you to return your purchase.
We have a 7 day return/exchange policy on defective items only. Items that are not defective or have become defective due to customers actions are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to charge a minimum 20% re-stocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
All returns must include the original factory box, original factory packaging (foam plastic wrappings, etc.), blank and unfilled warranty cards, all instruction booklets and paperwork and must be in original MINT condition with no writing or tears on the box or any of the paperwork. Also, there are to be no scratches on the item itself. If you deface the original factory cartons or packaging in any manner or do not abide by the conditions of this return policy, your return will not be accepted. Management must authorize all returns. We cannot give refunds for the airtime. You may return an unused phone or Zee TEl LLC SIM card within 30 days after the receipt of the item, provided you never placed a call to or from the mobile phone issued and all airtime is intact. A 25% restocking fee will be applied. Returned products must be undamaged and unused in their original packaging in order to be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for any products that are returned with damage and are unable to be resold at the purchased price. Shipping charges will not be refunded. We cannot refund airtime used on mis-dialed calls. If you are not sure how to dial a number in a specific country, please request support from customer service. There are no refunds for sent SMS messages - either it was delivered to the recipient or not. Not all SMS messages can be or will be delivered. We cannot refund minutes used for calls to Customer Service. A call made to Customer Service will be billed at the same rate as a regular call made from the country in which you are located. Most shipments from Zee Tel LLC require a signature at delivery. Returns due to the carriers inability to obtain a valid signature are subject to a return processing fee and no credit of freight charges. There will be no refunds for Internet data usage. If the charge occurred then data was moved and you were charged accordingly. There will be no refunds for Personal Extra Numbers once ordered. There will be no refunds for discount call or text plans once activated.

The terms and conditions hereinafter set forth constitute an agreement ("Agreement") for the rental and or purchase and use of ZEE TEL LLC cellular telephone equipment ("Equipment"). This Agreement is between the ("Renter" or “Purchaser”), and ZEE TEL LLC , located in New York.USA. Both parties acknowledge that this Agreement consists of all the terms printed below as Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), as well as those contained in the Rental Agreement.
NATURE OF THIS AGREEMENT (Rental & Purchase)
This Agreement is solely for the purpose of creating a bailment that allows Renter to use the Equipment as permitted by this Agreement. Renter acknowledges that Equipment is owned by ZEE TEL LLC . No one other than ZEE TEL LLC may transfer the Equipment, or any rights and obligations under this Agreement. ZEE TEL LLC makes no express or implied warranties concerning the operation of Equipment or service, nor assumes responsibility for any loss or delay caused by Equipment or service malfunction.
RENTAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Renter agrees to accept responsibility for the equipment as provided by ZEE TEL LLC , which will be delivered to renter's specified address in working condition and with all accessories and parts and manuals. Renter agrees to return the Equipment including said accessories and parts and manuals to ZEE TEL LLC at 662 Wyngate Drive west. Valley Stream 11580.NT.USA at the conclusion of the rental period in the same condition as when received.
RENTAL PERIOD
This rental is for a period of time specified in Agreement. Equipment is expected to be returned to ZEE TEL LLC within the timeframe for which the Equipment was rented. Rental periods begin on the day of trip commencement. Packages are typically shipped for arrival 2 business days prior to departure. If the rental order is placed within this timeframe and/or the Renter needs to expedite shipment, he or she will be charged a commensurate amount for the more expensive shipping service. If the Renter needs to receive the package earlier than 2 business days before trip departure, the rental period shall commence 2 business days after delivery.
OPERATION OF EQUIPMENT (Rental & Purchase)
Equipment furnished to the renter by ZEE TEL LLC is a GSM cellular telephone and accessories, engineered to operate in specified countries where GSM service is available.
Equipment being used outside of the specified countries constitutes misuse of the Equipment. Usage on international networks in which we do not offer coverage will incur charges from the prevailing mobile carrier. Rental & purchase customers are liable for all roaming charges incurred from using the Equipment on international mobile networks that are outside of the offered country list, or that are not advertised explicitly by ZEE TEL LLC , Inc.
SHIPPING (Rental)
At the renter's cost, ZEE TEL LLC will furnish a shipping box, properly designed for shipment of the Equipment, along with the return-ship label necessary to return the equipment to ZEE TEL LLC at the conclusion of the rental period (only for US renters). Renter is not billed for return transit time. The rental period is ended by the post mark. We encourage renters to return equipment in the original box provided or a box of the same or smaller dimensions. Please note that UPS and Fed Ex charge for their boxes, which is another good reason to recycle the box original shipping box. Return of equipment in a larger box may result in an additional shipping charge, as per FedEx or UPS dimension rates.
Late fees (Rental)
If the Equipment is not en route to ZEE TEL LLC within two business days of the last day of the agreed upon rental period, Renter will be responsible for extra rental charges as laid out by ZEE TEL LLC 's rental period rates. Carrier tracking information will be considered adequate guide and proof as timeframes. If Renter chooses to send the return package by a different shipping agent, please inform ZEE TEL LLC and/or retain shipping documentation should there be any problems receiving the return shipment.
If returned from outside the U.S., all shipping, insurance and handling expenses will be charged to Renter. Renter assumes responsibility for Equipment, if the method of return of Equipment is by another means.
Canadian Customers Returning Rentals: When renting from ZEE TEL LLC we are unable to provide a prepaid return shipping label. Renter agrees to return rental at their own expense. We recommend using Canadian Post. Renter is not billed for transit time. The rental period is ended by the post mark. Renter agrees to list the package contents as “used cell phone $25”. We recommend receiving a tracking number and/or receipt of transaction in case the package is lost in transit.
Shipping (Purchase)
ZEE TEL LLC ships all orders (except for scheduled rentals) the same or next business day (Monday - Friday) depending on the time your order is received. Orders placed on the weekend and will go out the very next business day. Shipping times are calculated from the business day the item ships. ZEE TEL LLC cannot ship rental packages internationally.

Rental phone packages ship with prepaid FedEx return-ship labels (Only in the U.S.). ZEE TEL LLC will not reimburse anyone who loses their return-ship label or who ships using their own shipping method. This also applies to returned merchandise. Note that rental periods conclude when shipping boxes are picked up by FedEx, not when they arrive back at our offices. Many customers panic about the return ship time adding to their rental time and return their phones via express shipment. This is not necessary.
Please note that all address corrections, due to voluntary address changes as well as typos or errors, will incur a $15 surcharge for domestic packages and a $30 surcharge for international packages currently in transit. We encourage you to double check your address to ensure a timely and cost effective delivery. Please note that Fed Ex doesn't not guarantee address corrections even when assessing address correction fees. Any package that ZEE TEL LLC has to recall will be charged a $15 fee.

RETURN POLICY
Purchase: A refund will be given for unopened products that are returned to ZEE TEL LLC within 30 days from the date that we ship you the product(s).
Recharge vouchers, unused call credit, and activated SIM cards are not refundable, unless deemed defective. If you suspect a defect, Purchaser agrees to notify ZEE TEL LLC of technical difficulties in using the hardware, failure to notify ZEE TEL LLC of hardware problems forfeits the purchaser of any and all claims for compensation due to equipment failure.
Open-boxed cell phones are returnable within 15 days from the date received and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Please note that we do not refund shipping charges. Phones must be in mint condition with no signs of wear or use, even if they are defective when received. We cannot accept even slightly worn cell phones or accessories. It is also imperative that the product box be returned to the shippers hub or other suitable shipping box. Defacing the manufacturer's phone box by writing anywhere on it or by pasting shipping labels on it makes it impossible to sell as a used product or to be returned to the manufacturer. If you deface the box, you buy the phone!
Defective phones: ZEE TEL LLC will accept defective items in the rare occurrence that they are noticeably defective upon arrival, such as not powering-on after charging the phone, within 30 days of the purchase date. Please note that we do not reimburse for any shipping fees. All defective items must include all original accessories, manuals, warranty cards and packaging. We cannot accept a package without an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). Please contact ZEE TEL LLC at 1-800-287-5072 to request your RMA.
Rentals: Rental orders cannot be cancelled after the package has been shipped. You will be charged 5% plus shipping until the package is returned. ZEE TEL LLC cannot refund any country specific SIM’s that have already been activated and registered.
Recycling the original box is encouraged, providing the original label is removed or covered by the return-ship label. Upon returning from abroad, the Renter is responsible for bringing the return package to a carrier’s location or appropriate agent who accepts packages. The rental period officially ends on the date the package is received by the return carrier, as per the carrier’s postmark or tracking information. “Late” rental returns will be billed as the next appropriate rental period. All rental customers are given a one day grace period from the end of the weekly rental period to return the package and not be billed into the next rental period.
Renter agrees to notify ZEE TEL LLC of technical difficulties in using the hardware while still in destination country. Failure to notify ZEE TEL LLC of hardware problems before the end of the intended period of use will result in the Renter forfeiting any and all claims for compensation due to equipment failure. ZEE TEL LLC cannot be held liable for service issues related to third-party phone service providers.
ZEE TEL LLC will not reimburse anyone who loses their return-ship label or who ships using their own shipping method. This also applies to returned merchandise. Note that rental periods conclude when shipping boxes are picked up by, not when they arrive back at our offices. Should Renter leave or deposit Equipment at a location not agreed to in advance in writing by ZEE TEL LLC, Renter is liable for all costs to return Equipment to ZEE TEL LLC , plus any additional rental charges for Equipment caused by the delay.
Renter is responsible for loss or damage to Equipment in part or in whole. Replacement cost for rental handset package is $100 plus the rental period fee. If equipment is lost, kept, stolen or otherwise not returned to ZEE TEL LLC, replacement costs for missing or damaged items will be charged to the renter. ZEE TEL LLC will make every effort to contact renter to return missing items. If rental unit is not returned within 30 days of the end of the rental period the replacement fee will be billed to the account on file. (See below for an itemized list of rental components and corresponding replacement costs.)
Any phone settings manually changed by the renter must be set back to default at the time of return. If the Renter changes any PIN code required for security access to the phone or SIM card, the code must be set back to default at the time of return otherwise the Renter is responsible for the retail value of all products tampered with or otherwise rendered useless.
If the security code is changed on the phone you are required to change it back to the original settings or be charged your full replacement cost of the rental package.

The renter agrees to pay ZEE TEL LLC all costs and expenses, including without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees, the fees of any collection agency, and court costs incurred by ZEE TEL LLC in exercising any of its rights or remedies hereunder when enforcing any of the terms, conditions or provisions hereof, and consent to jurisdiction of the courts of California, as determined in the sole discretion of ZEE TEL LLC , and waive any rights to object to such jurisdiction.
Renter consents to ZEE TEL LLC disclosure of account information to, or from, credit reporting agencies, collection agencies, credit bureaus, or private credit reporting associations.
Theft, Loss, and Damage (Rental & Purchase)
⦁ If the Customer has opted and paid for Insurance, then the Customer will not be liable for to pay for any theft, loss, or damages to the Equipment as long as provision 3 as per below is met.
⦁ This Section will only apply if (a) the Customer has requested and paid for Insurance, and (b) the Equipment is not returned to Cellular in accordance with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions due to theft, accidental loss, or inoperable due to accidental damage.
⦁ In order to exercise this coverage under Insurance, the Customer shall notify ZEE TEL LLC immediately upon the theft or accidental loss or damage to the Equipment. This initial notice should be through email to support@zeecellz.com as well as via phone call(+1 877 778 9862). The written notice include a description of the incidence (theft, accidental loss or accidental damage), including the date, customer name and a contact phone number and/or email address. Upon request, Customer must provide evidence of theft or loss by submitting a copy of a written police report to ZEE TEL LLC . Claims cannot be accepted unless this information is provided.
⦁ If Customer has not opted and paid for Insurance, Customer will be responsible for lost items/equipment according to the replacement costs listed above.
Cancellations (Rental & Purchase)
If a customer decides to cancel the order, they will be subject to a cancellation fee of 5% if the package has not shipped out. If the order has shipped out ZEE TEL LLC will charge a 5% cancellation fee and retain the shipping cost.
Refunds (Rental & Purchase)
No refund can be applied until the package being returned is in ZEE TEL LLC possession. Upon arrival ZEE TEL LLC will test the equipment for any defects and issue a refund based on the condition of the phone and the claim made by the customer. Shipping fees for all merchandise are non-refundable.
Replacements (Rental & Purchase)
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, international or domestic, associated with replacement merchandise.
COMPUTATION OF CHARGES (Rental)
For purposes of computing rental charges for Equipment, ZEE TEL LLC will consider as a whole day, any portion of a day (a day being defined as a twenty-four hour period that begins and ends at midnight) contained in the period of rental specified in Agreement.
⦁ Unused call credit cannot be reimbursed.
⦁ All rental customers are given a one day grace period from the end of the weekly rental period to return the package and not be billed into the next rental period.
Fair Usage Policy
Those users that have more than five times the usage for free inbound calling than outbound calling will subject to additional billing and or termination of service.
PAYMENT OF CHARGES (Rental & Purchase)
Purchase orders must be provided to ZEE TEL LLC at time of order for each contract issued. Purchase order payment terms are net 30 days from date of invoice. All accounts are subject to approval.
Renter represents to ZEE TEL LLC that Renter is an authorized signer on the account of the credit card furnished as part of Agreement. In addition, Renter agrees to be personally responsible for costs, expenses and charges incurred by this rental transaction, regardless of the form of payment.

Please note there is no local pick up available unless specified and arranged with us. This is not negotiable. However, we will discount local freight. Any item descriptions are a guide only. Buyers should Ask Question or do web search if more information is required. If you have a concern with your item please contact us first, we will assist in the best way we can and we make your transaction a good one. Zee TEL takes care in its listings, but errors can be expected. If you are not sure please contact the seller. Ask your questions before buying. Welcome to Zee TEL LLC Travel Phone service. By activating or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (T&C's). If you do not agree to these T&C's, do not activate or use the service or equipment.
1. Definitions
In this Agreement the following terms mean:
“Advance Payment” – A payment by the Customer, (excluding Charges) to enable the Customer to use Services to include, but not limited to, International Calls, International Roaming, and other premium-rate Services provided by ZEE TEL LLC .
“Call” – A transmission made over the Network for the purpose of communicating a voice or data message (which includes, without limitation, Short Text Messages (SMS), Multimedia Messages (MMS), and Wireless Application Protocol (WAP) Services.)
“Call Content” – The content of any voice or data Call received or made by a Customer over the Talk Abroad Network or other Network Operators.
“Charges” – The Charges for the Services including, but not limited to, connection Charges, rental Charges, tariff Charges, or Call Charges (which may vary depending on the type of Call that is made), and administrative Charges and Charges for Third-party Services which the Customer may elect to receive.
“ZEE TEL LLC ” – ZEE TEL LLC , Inc., National Geographic Society Licensee, whose registered office is at 662 Wyngate Dr W .Valley Stream.11580 NY .USA. Referred to in this Contract from time to time as “we,” “us,” or “our.”
“ZEE TEL LLC Agent” – Any Third-party authorized to promote and sell the Services or carry out business activities on ZEE TEL LLC ’s behalf.
“Customer” – The individual or entity who accepts these Terms and Conditions and, where applicable, completes Registration with ZEE TEL LLC , thus entering the Agreement.
“Customer Literature” – Any user’s guides, manuals, electronic information, and support provided directly by ZEE TEL LLC or indirectly through ZEE TEL LLC Agents.
“Equipment” – The Customer’s mobile phone handset, product or other terminal (e.g., PDA), or SIM Card, which is connected to the Talk Abroad Network pursuant to this Agreement. Also referred to in this Contract from time to time as “Phone,” “Handset,” or “SIM Card.”
“GPRS Session” – A WAP or Internet session established using GPRS technology.
“Minutes” – The air time balance remaining on the Customer’s account for making or receiving Calls.
“Network” – All of the cables, exchanges, transmitters, receivers, computer hardware and software, and other equipment and facilities, including those used by Third-party Network Operators, by which the Services are provided (excluding Equipment owned or operated by the Customer and by other users and Customers of the Services).
“Network Operator” – A licensed mobile telephony service provider.
“Number” – Mobile Station International Subscriber Directory Number (MSISDN) – the unique ten-digit mobile phone number programmed into a Talk Abroad® SIM Card.
“Price Guide” – The Charges associated with the Services as outlined in the Customer literature.
“Registration” – The process by which the Customer registers his or her information in writing, orally, or electronically with ZEE TEL LLC , which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
“Recharge Voucher” – An Advance Payment made by the Customer for continued use of the Talk Abroad program.
“Roam/Roaming” – The service that allows Customers to use the phone on Third-party Network Operators, usually in foreign countries.
“Services” – The mobile telephony Services provided by ZEE TEL LLC that enable the Customer to make or receive Calls over the Network, and any additional Services provided by ZEE TEL LLC over the Network from time to time to include but not limited to WAP, Roaming, GPRS Services, SMS, MMS, Internet access, and Talk Abroad Services.
“Talk Abroad” – The prepaid ZEE TEL LLC service whereby the Customer pays for usage of the Services with Recharge Vouchers.
“Talk Abroad Travel Phone” – The Equipment currently available from retailers and at ZEE TEL LLC ’s website.
“Talk Abroad SIM Card” – The card, bearing a unique Number or personal identification Number, is used with the Equipment.
“Third-party Service” – Any service promoted or provided by third parties to the Customer over the Network.
“Warranty” – The limited warranty received with your Equipment at the time of purchase.
2. Agreement
These Terms and Conditions and your Registration (if any) constitute your Agreement with ZEE TEL LLC , Inc. and its affiliates (together, “ZEE TEL LLC ,” “we,” or “us”) for any wireless Services and other telecommunications Services that we provide you (“Talk Abroad®”), any applications, Phones, or products that you purchase or obtain from us or use with the Service (“Equipment”), and any applications or Services that you purchase, obtain, or use that are provided through or with the Services, or billed to your Talk Abroad account (“Third-party Services”). Rate plan and feature information for the Services you select or use are available to you when you purchase the Service at retail locations and on our website, and are a part of our Agreement and are incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions (the Terms and Conditions, your Registration, and the rate plan information together are referred to as the “Agreement”). You acknowledge that no employee, dealer, or other agent is authorized to make any representation or warranty (other than as described in the Agreement or our current materials) with respect to the Agreement, Service, Equipment, or rate plans and offerings, or to waive or modify any terms or provisions of the Agreement.
3. ZEE TEL LLC ’s Service Obligations
• We will use reasonable efforts to make Services available to you at all times. However, the Services are available only within the range of Network base stations. Both quality and availability of the Services are affected by factors that could cause radio interference, such as physical obstructions and atmospheric conditions, and by technical faults in the Network and other telecommunication Networks through which Calls may be relayed.
• ZEE TEL LLC may issue such reasonable instructions to their Customers, concerning the use of the Services for any valid reason ZEE TEL LLC deems sufficient.
• ZEE TEL LLC makes no representation and gives no warranty as to the performance of any of the Third-party Services. We may withdraw access to Third-party Services at any time. Third-party Services are used at your sole risk, and we are not liable for any loss or damage suffered by you arising from the use of such Services. ZEE TEL LLC may be required to charge the use of such Services against your Talk Abroad Minutes.
Third-party Services are not guaranteed in every country; they depend on the chosen Network Operator’s Roaming Agreement with our Services.
4. Customer Obligations
You agree as follows:
• The use of ZEE TEL LLC ’s Services is governed by ZEE TEL LLC ’s Acceptable Use Policy, which is in addition to and forms part of these Terms and Conditions, a copy of which is available for viewing online at www.zeetelllc.com
• Your Registration information is accurate and true. You understand the nature of this Agreement.
• You acknowledge that if we suspect on reasonable grounds that information has been supplied to us without the knowledge of the person named or that an application is unauthorized or contains false particulars, for the protection of our Customers and the Network, we may delay connection or disconnect Services to your Equipment while we investigate further. If our suspicions prove groundless we will connect or reconnect Services immediately. You acknowledge that you will have no claim against us in respect of any delay or disconnection caused as a result of the operation of this condition.
• Not to use the Services or the Equipment for any improper, indecent, unlawful, or fraudulent purpose; or to cause injury, offense, or annoyance to any person; and you agree that we may disconnect service if we believe that you have failed your obligations in this regard. While traveling in foreign countries, your use of the Services may be subject to different laws and regulations that apply in that other country. ZEE TEL LLC is not liable for your failure to comply with those laws or regulations.
• To only use GSM-approved Equipment and to follow ZEE TEL LLC ’s reasonable instructions governing its use and to remain solely responsible for the manner in which the Equipment is used.
• To comply with ZEE TEL LLC ’s requests in particular as to the manner of using the Services and in relation to the investigation of any offenses.
• To inform us immediately if any of your Equipment is damaged or missing on arrival. You will remain liable for all Charges incurred until you do so.
• Reliance on Call Content is at your sole risk. ZEE TEL LLC shall not be liable for any Call Content sent or received by you. ZEE TEL LLC makes no representation as to the quality, accuracy, correctness, completeness, or suitability of any Call Content. Call Content must not be exploited commercially to the detriment of ZEE TEL LLC or any Third-party and must not be used to provide any other online or information service. Call Content may be protected by copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
5. Recharge Vouchers
Free Minutes given to the Customer on initial Registration of their new Talk Abroad Travel Phone or SIM (if any) shall be valid for the periods set out in the Price Guide and/or Customer Literature current as at the date of Registration. In the event that the cash value of Minutes forming part of free Minutes given to a Customer is not used within the relevant validity period, such unused airtime will be forfeited. Notwithstanding that you use all of your Minutes, or that the free Minutes given to a Customer in accordance with the above conditions expires, your Device will continue to be capable of receiving incoming Calls for the periods set out in the Price Guide and/or Customer Literature current as at the date of expiry.
Recharge Vouchers are issued only by ZEE TEL LLC and its affiliates, as described at www.zeetelllc.com. Recharge Vouchers ordered by other people or persons on the behalf of our Customer are subject to investigation by ZEE TEL LLC unless an oral, electronic, or written agreement has been made to confirm the identity of such people or person’s authorization to order Recharge Vouchers on your behalf. If no such condition has been met, Recharge Vouchers may be delayed up to 24 hours, or if we suspect on reasonable grounds that an order has been supplied to us without the knowledge of the Customer, is unauthorized or contains false particulars, for the protection of our Customers and the Network, we may delay connection or disconnect Services to the Equipment while we investigate further. If our suspicions prove groundless we will connect or reconnect Services immediately. You acknowledge that you will have no claim against us in respect of any delay or disconnection caused as a result of the operation of this condition.
Your service will be disconnected if during the previous 12 months, you have not purchased a new Recharge. If your Services are disconnected, your mobile telephone Number will be void until such time of reconnection to the Services. ZEE TEL LLC may at its discretion, on request and on reconnection to the Services, re-credit the Minutes remaining on your account at the time it was disconnected. There may (or will) be Charges associated with reconnection to the Services, outlined at ZEE TEL LLC ’s website. No cash credits will be given for unused Minutes. We reserve the right to refuse to accept cash or check payments in return for Services.
You are responsible for prepaying all Charges for using the Service. The Minutes in your prepaid Talk Abroad account are reduced by the Charges attributable to your use of the Services. Service lasts as long as the earlier of (a) the end of the Minutes validity period or (b) when the Minutes balance is reduced to zero; afterward, the Services will be interrupted.
All Recharge Voucher Service information provided in the literature is accurate at the time of printing.
6. Returns and Repairs Policy
We cannot accept a package without an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). In order to receive your RMA number before you return your Equipment, you must contact us via our toll-free hotline at 1-877 778 9862, or via our landline at +1 5166557642. In all circumstances, the Customer is responsible for return shipping costs as well as shipping costs charged by ZEE TEL LLC for shipping your Equipment. More information referring to Returns and Repair policies can be found at www.zeetelllc.com
For all Equipment that was not purchased from ZEE TEL LLC , please refer to the vendor’s policy for returns and repairs. If you purchased your Equipment directly from ZEE TEL LLC , there is a return period during which you can return your ZEE TEL LLC Equipment without incurring any extra Charges. If you have completed your Services Registration, the return period is 15 calendar days from the date the Equipment is received, or 30 days from the date of purchase if you have not completed your Registration. Online Customer Registration is completed when Equipment has been ordered from ZEE TEL LLC and its affiliates. In order to receive a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping) of your Equipment, the returned Equipment must be in unused condition with proof of purchase, and you may be exempt from a 25% restocking fee. If you are returning open box Equipment, it must be unused or resalable in “as new” condition, including all original accessories, manuals, and packaging, and will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. If you choose to cancel Services and return your Equipment, all Services and other Charges incurred prior to cancellation will be deducted from your refund. We will accept defective items within 30 calendar days from the date the Equipment is received, in the rare occurrence that they are noticeably defective upon arrival (such as not powering on). Defective items must include all original accessories, manuals, and packaging. If your Equipment is under Warranty, please refer to page 31 before making a claim.
7. Service Availability and Limitations
Your Phone operates as a radio and Service is only available when your Equipment is within range of a Network antenna providing Service. Coverage maps only approximate our wireless coverage area outdoors; actual service area, coverage, and quality may vary and change without notice. There may be gaps in Service within the estimated coverage areas shown on coverage maps. Even within a coverage area, factors, such as Network changes, emergencies, traffic volume, transmission limits, service outages, technical limitations, signal strength, your Equipment, interconnecting carriers, terrain, structures, weather, and other conditions (without limit) may interfere with actual service, quality, and availability. Calls may be interrupted, dropped, refused, or limited. Coverage maps mostly depict areas where our Network Operators provide our Services; such coverage may change without notice. We are not responsible for those Networks and some Services are not available on Third-party Networks or while Roaming. We may impose credit, usage, or other limits to Service, cancel or suspend Service, or block certain types of Calls, messages, or sessions (such as international, 900, or 976 Calls) at our discretion. We may suspend Service without notice if you exceed any credit limit.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Except for any other written warranty that may be provided, and to the extent permitted by law, all Services, products, and Third-party products are provided “as is,” “with all faults,” and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including without limit, merchantability, non-infringement, or fitness for a particular purpose, all of which are expressly disclaimed. You assume all responsibility and risk for use of the Service or products. We do not authorize anyone to make a warranty of any kind on our behalf, and you should not rely on any such statement. Any statements made in packaging, manuals, or other documents, or by any of our dealers (except for any written limited warranty that may be provided), are for informational purposes only and are not warranties by us of any kind. We and our officers, directors, employees, agents, dealers, suppliers, parent entities, subsidiaries, or affiliates do not warrant that the information, software, Equipment, processes, or Services will be uninterrupted, accurate, complete, useful, functional, or bug or error free. If you received a written “ZEE TEL LLC Limited Warranty” with your phone, it is the only warranty made by us with respect to the phone. If applicable state law does not allow the disclaimer of certain implied warranties, the relevant portions of the above exclusion may not apply to you.
9. Exclusion of Liability
We are not liable to you, other users of your Phone, or third parties for any deficiency in performance or quality, caused in whole or in part by an act or omission of an underlying carrier or service provider; website; messaging community; dealer; Equipment or facility failure; Phone failure or unavailability; discontinuation of Service; or Phones; Network problems; lack of coverage or Network capacity; Equipment or facility upgrade or modification; delay or failure of Number portability; acts of nature; strikes; fire; terrorism; war; riot; emergency; government actions; Equipment or facility shortage or relocation; the failure of an incoming or outgoing Call, including 9-1-1 emergency, priority access, or secured-service Call; to be connected or completed or for the functionality of location Services, including 9-1-1 location Services, priority access, or secured Call or alert service; or causes beyond our reasonable control.
Even if ZEE TEL LLC has been advised of the possibility of damages, ZEE TEL LLC and its affiliates will not be liable to you or any of your employees, agents, Customers, or any third parties for any damages arising from use of the service or any phone, including without limitation: punitive, exemplary, incidental, treble, special, or consequential damages; loss of privacy or security damages; personal injury or property damages; copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual property damages; or any damages whatsoever arising from interruption or failure of service, listing errors, lost profits, loss of business, loss of data, loss due to unauthorized access or due to viruses or other harmful components, cost of replacement products and Services, suspension, termination, or the inability to use the service or any product, the content of any data transmission, communication, or message transmitted to or received by your phone (whether read or unread, solicited or unsolicited), or losses resulting from any products, goods, or service purchased, messages received, or transactions entered into through the service. If the state law applicable to your claims does not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or other modifications of or limitations to certain remedies, the relevant portions of the above exclusion or limitation will not apply to you.
The maximum aggregate liability of ZEE TEL LLC and its affiliates to you, and the exclusive remedy available in connection with the Agreement for any and all damages, injury, or losses arising from any and all claims or causes of action related to Services or phones, shall be a refund or rebate of the Charges you paid or owe us for the applicable service or phone. The existence of multiple claims or suits under or related to this Agreement will not enlarge or extend the limitation of money damages. Except to the extent prohibited by law, all claims must be brought within two years of the date the claim arises.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us, our affiliates, and any Roaming or Network partner, harmless from any and all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, costs, or damages arising out of your use of the Service or Products; any legal disclosures we make relating to your Service or Product; or your breach of this Agreement. You further agree to pay our reasonable attorneys’ and expert witnesses’ fees and costs arising from any actions or claims by third parties and those incurred in establishing whether this Sec. 10 applies.
11. Privacy
Wireless systems use radios to transmit communications over a complex Network. We do not guarantee that your communications using the Service or Products will be private or secure, and we are not liable to you for any lack of privacy or security you may experience. You are responsible for taking precautions and providing security measures best suited for your situation and intended use of the Service. We may (but are not required to) monitor, intercept, and disclose your transmissions, location,
or communications and may disclose your billing, account, calling records, or other information, in good-faith reliance on legal process, if required by law or to protect our rights, business, Network, or Customers. We may locate you through our Network. Your caller identification (such as your name and Number) even if unlisted may be displayed to others (for example, on the Equipment or bill of the person receiving your Call or any Internet site you visit.) For more information on our privacy policies, please see our privacy notice. The way third parties handle and use your personal information is governed by their policies; and we are not responsible for their policies or their compliance with them.
12. Assignment
We may assign all or part of our rights or duties under the Agreement without such assignment being considered a change to the Agreement, and without notice to you, except to the extent provided by law. We are then released from all liability. You may not assign the Agreement without our prior written consent. Subject to these restrictions, the Agreement will bind the heirs, successors, subcontractors, and assigns of the respective parties, who will receive its benefits.
13. Notices/Customer Communications
You agree we may notify and communicate with you, or respond to your inquiries electronically through your Phone or otherwise, such as by e-mail, voice mail, or text messaging, which is considered given and received immediately upon transmission. Written notice to us is considered given when received by ZEE TEL LLC , ZEE TEL LLC 662 Wyngate Dr W. Valley Stream 11580.NY .USA.
14. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) Notice
To the extent in providing Service we may act as a “Services Provider” (as defined by DMCA) and offer Services as an online provider of materials and links to Third-party sites. As a result, Third-party materials that we do not own or control may be transmitted, stored, accessed, or made available using the Service. If you believe material available via the Service infringes a copyright, notify us using the notice procedure under the DMCA. We will respond expeditiously to remove or disable access to such material and will follow the procedures specified in the DMCA to resolve the claim. Please follow written notice guidelines in sec. 13.
15. Disputes
If any dispute arises between us concerning the operation or the interpretation of this Agreement, we agree to use all reasonable endeavors to resolve any such dispute through our Customer Care Department but remain at liberty to pursue any lawful means in order to resolve the issue. In certain instances, Customers may be due compensation or refund arising from use of the Services. Contact details for all Customer Inquiries can be found on WWW.ZEETELLLC.COM
16. Entire Agreement/Applicable Law/Venue/Miscellaneous
This Agreement represents the final and entire Agreement between you and ZEE TEL LLC regarding the Service and Products. Electronic images of the Agreement will be considered originals. You acknowledge that you have not relied on any other representations not specifically included in this Agreement. If we don’t enforce our rights under any of the provisions of the Agreement, we may still require strict compliance in the future. You represent that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. If you are contracting on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to enter into this Agreement and agree to be personally liable for all accounts if you are not so authorized. This Agreement is governed by the Federal Arbitration Agreement, applicable federal law, and the laws of the state in which your billing address in our records is located. Foreign laws do not apply. Arbitration proceedings or any actions to enforce an arbitration award must be in the state where your Service is principally provided, but not outside the U.S.
17. Other Agreements and/or Warranties
Other Services (such as Third-party Services) or Products may come with separate written Terms or Conditions, and Warranties that govern their use or purchase. Please see those other Agreements or Warranties for your rights and duties regarding their use.
PRIVACY POLICY:
ZEE TEL LLC values the protection of your privacy. This policy explains how we may collect information about you and then use it in order to satisfy your particular needs. It also outlines some of the security measures that we take in order to protect your privacy and gives certain assurances on things that we will not do. ZEE TEL LLC is committed to providing you with a personalized service that meets your needs in a way that safeguards your privacy. When we obtain personal information from you, or when you take a new service from us, you can choose not to receive information from us about other services (to "opt out"). You may change your decision at any time by telephoning us, writing to us or emailing us to inform of the change. Some of the personal information that we hold about you may be sensitive personal data within the meaning of the Data Protection Act 1998. ZEE TEL LLC will use your sensitive personal data only for the specific purpose for which it was provided by you.
Personal Information
Personal Information includes information: (1) That we obtain from you or already hold about you; (2) That we receive from inquiries we make in connection with any application to, or agreement with us or any member of the ZEE TEL LLC group; (3) That we receive from searches made by us or any member of the ZEE TEL LLC group in your name with credit reference agencies, insurance claims registers or fraud prevention agencies; (4) That we obtain about any account or policy which you, or a member of your household, holds with or through us; and (5) That we receive from anyone permitted to give information about you to us or any member of the ZEE TEL LLC,
Collection of Personal Information
We may collect personal information about you from a number of sources including: (1) from you when you agree to take a service from us, in which case this may include your contact details, date of birth, payment method and possibly bank account details; (2) from you when you contact us with an inquiry or in response to a communication from us, in which case this may tell us something about your preferences; (3) from publicly available sources, such as the electoral register.
Use of Personal Information
We will use personal information about you for a number of purposes, including: (1) to help to identify you when you telephone us to make an inquiry. For example, by asking you for your date of birth or telephone number so that we can avoid disclosing information to a person who is not authorized by you to receive it; (2) to write to you (including electronic mail) or to telephone you (including text messages) with information about other services or products either from us or from our carefully selected partners who may contact you directly with our consent; (3) to help us to administer accounts, services and products which we offer; (4) to help detect fraud or loss; Information we hold about you and your preferences will help us to make sure that we contact you about things likely to be of relevance and interest to you. In some circumstances, we may do certain credit checks with licensed credit reference agencies when you apply to take a service or product. If this is applicable then it will be stated in our terms and conditions of business.
Disclosure of Personal Information
Other companies in the ZEE TEL LLC group may use personal information for any of the purposes set out above. This is limited to companies that are related companies to ZEE TEL LLC We do not sell mailing lists to third parties for their marketing purposes. Where we have told you in advance, we may disclose certain information to third parties such as a telecoms network service provider for purposes solely connected with the provision of our service via their networks. Where required or permitted by law, information may be provided to others, such as the Police or the Inland Revenue.
Protection of Your Personal Information
We use strict security measures in order to protect personal information. This includes checking your identity when you telephone us, encrypting data on our websites [and other measures] in order to ensure compliance with all applicable legal requirements.
The Internet
If you communicate with us via the Internet then we may occasionally use email to contact you about our services and products. All marketing emails will have an unsubscribe option included in the bottom of the email message. Additionally, you can always send us an email contact@zeetelllc.com to change your preferences.
Monitoring of calls
We may monitor and record communications we receive. This may be done to improve the service which we provide, to ensure compliance with our practices and procedures and where, for example, a contract is entered into by that means to provide evidence of the transaction.Provision Of Services We will take all reasonable steps to make all Services available to you at all times. However, please note that:
- The quality and availability of Services may sometimes be affected by factors outside our control such as local physical obstructions, atmospheric condition, other causes of radio interference, and faults in other telecommunication networks to which the network is connected.
- The quality of our Services may not be at its best inside buildings or below ground.
- Service may sometimes be affected by maintenance and upgrading.
- The network and Services may from time to time require upgrades, modification or maintenance. These may result in some or all of the Service becoming temporarily unavailable. In such cases, we will do everything possible to provide alternative Service and keep the period of non-availability to a minimum. However, some interruption may be inevitable.
- We may suspend some or all of the Services you use, without notice, if we have reason to believe that you are in breach of one or more of the terms of your contract.
- Roaming relies on the telecommunications systems of foreign networks, over which we have no control. We cannot therefore offer any warranties, express or implied, concerning the quality of roaming services.
- While we strive to keep rates and coverage consistent from month to month, rates and coverage are subject to change at any time with or without notice.
Expiration The international SIM card phone number and account will expire if no outgoing usage is made for 1 years. The outgoing usage could be any of the following: Call made from the phone, SMS sent from the phone or any Data Usage.
Personal Extra Numbers will stay active as long as they have been funded properly.
The SIM card balance is valid for 10 months. The balance will continuously roll over to the next 10 month period provided that at least $25 is added within 10 months after the last recharge.
If the balance expires, the service can still be used after a new recharge of the SIM card.
Refunds:
We cannot give refunds for the airtime. You may return an unused phone or Zee Tel LLC SIM card within 30 days after the receipt of the item, provided you never placed a call to or from the mobile phone issued and all airtime is intact. A 25% restocking fee will be applied. Returned products must be undamaged and unused in their original packaging in order to be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for any products that are returned with damage and are unable to be resold at the purchased price. Shipping charges will not be refunded. We cannot refund airtime used on mis-dialed calls. If you are not sure how to dial a number in a specific country, please request support from customer service. There are no refunds for sent SMS messages - either it was delivered to the recipient or not. Not all SMS messages can be or will be delivered. We cannot refund minutes used for calls to Customer Service. A call made to Customer Service will be billed at the same rate as a regular call made from the country in which you are located. Most shipments from Zee Tel LLC require a signature at delivery. Returns due to the carriers inability to obtain a valid signature are subject to a return processing fee and no credit of freight charges. There will be no refunds for Internet data usage. If the charge occurred then data was moved and you were charged accordingly. There will be no refunds for Personal Extra Numbers once ordered. There will be no refunds for discount call or text plans once activated.
Ownership Of Personal Extra Numbers You understand and agree that you are not the owner of any Personal Extra Number ("PEN") assigned to you by zee tel llc.com. Ownership of any such PEN is vested solely in zeetelllc.com (which will assign such number to you for your use during the term of this agreement). You understand and agree that following the termination of your account for any reason, such PEN may be re-assigned immediately to another customer, and you agree that onesimcard.com will not be liable for damages (including consequential or special damages) arising out of any such re-assignment, and you hereby waive any claims with respect to any such re-assignment, whether based on contractual, tort or other grounds, even if onesimcard.com has been advised of the possibility of damages. You further understand and agree that zeetelllc.com may from time to time need to change the PEN assigned to you (whether due to an area code split or any other reason whether outside or within zeetelllc.com's control). You agree that onesimcard.com will not be liable for damages (including consequential or special damages) arising out of any such change in the PEN assigned to you, and you hereby waive any claims with respect to any such change, whether based on contractual, tort or other grounds, even if zeetelllc.com has been advised of the possibility of damages. In particular, you agree that you are not authorized to charge services provided to you or at your request to the number assigned to you by zeetelllc.com and that you will not request or otherwise cause any third-party service provider to charge any such services to such number. Any such charges will give zeetelllc.com the right to immediately terminate your account without notice.
Modifications And Termination Of The Program
- Zee Tel LLC reserves the right to modify any of the terms and conditions set forth herein, including, but not limited to, the methods through which customers may earn rewards, and the amount of rewards that can be earned by referring friends, at any time, with or without notice, even though these changes may affect a customer's ability to receive a reward certificate.
- A customer's participation in the Program constitutes the customer's acceptance of any changes to these Terms and Conditions. Customers are responsible for remaining knowledgeable as to any changes that Zee Tel LLC may make to these Terms and Conditions. The most current version of these Terms and Conditions will be available at Terms and Conditions and will supersede all previous versions of these Terms and Conditions.
- To learn how the personal information collected in connection with the Program may be used, individuals should read the ZEE TEL LLC Privacy Policy. The terms of the Zee Tel LLC Privacy Policy are incorporated herein by reference.
- Zee Tel LLC reserves the right to discontinue the participation privileges of any customer who engages in any fraudulent activity or uses the Program in a manner inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions or any federal or state laws, statutes, or ordinances. Discontinued participation privileges may result in the loss of all accumulated rewards benefits. In addition to discontinuance of participation privileges, Zee Tel LLC shall have the right to take appropriate administrative and/or legal action, including criminal prosecution, as it deems necessary in its sole discretion.
- Reward referral certificates provided through this Program may not be transferred or assigned, and are not transferable upon death, as part of a domestic relations matter or otherwise by operation of law.
- Zee Tel LLC is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information supplied by customers or referred friends while participating in the Program.
- All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the Program, earning of rewards, or a customer's compliance with these Terms and Conditions will be resolved by Zee Tel LLC in its sole discretion.
- By participating in the Program, each customer acknowledges that technical processing and transmission of information on the Zee Tel LLC Web site may involve transmissions over various networks and changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Zee Tel LLC is not responsible for: (a) incorrect or inaccurate transcription of information; (b) problems related to any of the equipment or programming associated with the Program or utilized by the Participant; (c) any human error or printing error; (d) any interruption, deletion, omission, defect, or line failure of any telephone network or electronic transmission; (e) problems relating to computer equipment, software, or inability to access the Zee Tel LLC Web site; or (f) any other technical or non-technical error or malfunction.
- By participating in the Program, each Customer accepts all responsibility for, and hereby indemnifies and holds harmless Zee Tel LLC, each of its related companies, and each such company's respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, agents, and successors, and assigns (the "Released Parties"), from and against any claims that may arise from actions taken by such Participant.
- UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, NEGLIGENCE, SHALL THE RELEASED PARTIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE PROGRAM, EVEN IF ANY OR ALL OF THE RELEASED PARTIES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, THEREFORE SUCH EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IF A PARTICIPANT PROVES THAT ZEE TEL LLC HAS IMPROPERLY DENIED THAT PARTICIPANT OF REWARDS OR CREDITS, LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE EQUIVALENT VALUE OF ONE (1) CENT. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROGRAM, A PARTICIPANT WAIVES ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO BRING ANY CLAIM OR ACTION RELATED TO SUCH MATTERS IN ANY FORUM BEYOND ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE FIRST OCCURRENCE OF THE KIND OF ACT, EVENT, CONDITION OR OMISSION UPON WHICH THE CLAIM OR ACTION IS BASED.
- Except where prohibited, each customer agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Program shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action and exclusively by arbitration under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association; (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred (i.e., only costs associated with participating in the Program), but shall not include attorneys' fees under any circumstances; and (c) Member hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, and consequential damages.
- If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms and Conditions, which will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
